The logo used by this License Verification system is the official trademark of the Tobique First Nation and no unauthorised usage of the logo shall be tolerated without the prior written permission of the Tobique Gaming Commission. The Licensed entity may, however, indicate in its advertising and marketing materials that it has a valid License issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission and may, as necessary, incidentally use the logo trademark in its sales/marketing efforts.
